Clubhouse

The Quailridge clubhouse is available for homeowners to reserve for private events, providing a spacious and welcoming venue for gatherings. However, please note that the pool and restrooms in the clubhouse are shared community amenities and are not included with your clubhouse reservations.

Clubhouse Access and General Rules

Access to the clubhouse is through your keycard at the front door.
The clubhouse features a kitchen with a fridge—anything left behind is fair game to the community, but please do not leave alcohol.
Men's and women's restrooms and a water fountain are also available.
During summer, please do not prop the doors open.

The erection of tents, temporary structures, or other free standing shelter is not permitted on any HOA property, including the pool deck, without prior approval from the HOA Board.

No fireworks are allowed on Quailridge HOA common areas.

Help keep our community clean:  Do your part.  When using common areas, please take all trash and belongings with you.  Let's work together to keep our shared spaces clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Clubhouse Reservation Rules

• Can only be booked in 4-hour increments (if needed longer, contact HOA Board member and a decision will be made)

• Can only reserve the club house, NOT the pool

• Can only reserve until 10pm

• Can NOT be reserved on holiday weekends.

• Must be cleaned up prior to departing the premises. 

• Trash bags must be removed from the trash containers  and new trash bags placed in the receptacles.  Each reservation is responsible for removing all trash generated by their function.  This includes the restroom trash.  All trash bags are to be removed from the property.

• Sunday evenings the trash bins should to be placed on the curb

• The floor must be swept. Brooms are in the closet nearest the wall to the left of the refrigerator.

• Wipe down tables and countertops.

• Wet spills must be mopped up (melted ice cream, drinks, sauces, etc).

• If not cleaned, the homeowner will be charged a set cleaning fee of $150 if the HOA has to have it cleaned.

The clubhouse is for homeowners and needs to be maintained by homeowners.  We simply ask that you treat it like you would your own house.  Please no recurring reservations (i.e. reserving every Saturday Night for a month or the 2nd Sunday of each month is not allowed)
