The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) helps maintain the community’s appearance and property values by reviewing exterior modification requests. Whether you’re planning a new fence, repainting your home, or adding a shed, the ACC ensures projects align with community guidelines to preserve Quailridge’s aesthetic and integrity.
Failing to get approval will result in reversal of the project at the expense of the homeowner, should it not fall within the approved guidelines.
Submit Plans: Provide detailed construction plans, including placement of the dwelling, plot plan, and construction schedule, to QRACC for approval before beginning any work or grading. Email plans to the board email address at the bottom of this page.
Review Process: QRACC will review plans and approve or disapprove within 15 business days. If no decision is made in that time, plans are deemed approved.
Outbuildings: Only detached garages, pool houses, and playhouses are allowed, and they must be approved by the QRACC.
Compliance: All submissions must comply with the applicable covenants and QRACC guidelines. Approvals are for the mutual benefit of the community and do not certify the technical soundness of plans.
