Yearly Dues

When purchasing a home in Quailridge, owners automatically become members of the Quailridge Home Owners Association, which oversees shared areas like entrances, pools, recreation areas, and the clubhouse. Each home has one vote.

The HOA levies dues to cover maintenance costs for common areas. All owners must pay these dues on time, or a lien will be placed on the property, subject to interest and legal fees for collection.

Due Amount and Due Dates

Yearly dues for Quailridge are $500, due in January on the date specified in the invoice sent by the board. However, no late fees will be applied until the end of March, unless otherwise specified by the board in the invoice.
