The HOA Board meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7 PM, but does not meet in December. All homeowners are welcome to attend and participate in discussions about the community.
HOA dues are essential for maintaining community amenities, common areas, and neighborhood services, ensuring a high quality of life for all residents.
Homeowners interested in joining the HOA Board are encouraged to attend board meetings to learn more and get involved in shaping the community.
